The installation includes two reports published as wall newspaper and flyers. Including a futuristic report from 2050 ‘Grundbedürfnis Raum’ (Space–a Basic Need) by Pantea Lachin, which describes how Berlin's commercial and residential space problems were successfully solved and how a fair housing policy could succeed. Lachin additionally designed posters and spray-painted slogans such as ‘Profit ist egal’ (Profit doesn't matter) and ‘Nicht Ufer-los!’ (Not shore-less!) on the Uferhallen site.
This work was developed for EIGENBEDARF, a site-specific exhibition at Uferhallen (after it was sold to private investors).
